A 40th birthday cake for a golf loving speed boat enthusiast!
The speed boat is an iced replica of the ‘real thing’ and is totally edible!
The cake is chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache.
I used polenta to create texture on the bunker, and the ‘19th’ hole is a bit of fun and refers to the ‘watering hole’ to finish the day…so I am told by my husband!
