This cake is made up from two 7” rounds… one orange and one lemon… filled with lemon imbc and orange zest, covered in white choc ganache and then sugarpasted…..
I dried out a tray of orange and lemon slices in a low oven for a few hours with a light sprinkle of icing sugar so they would glaze a little…..
Here comes the sun….........
