Huge 3 extended tier cake with fondant ruffles, hand rolled sugar pearl encrusted band and a royal icing cage for the top tier, topped off with a gum paste peony. Huge amount of work on the skirt of the cake, ruffles are harder than i thought!! and a lot more time consuming.
