Just started making cakes properly in November, bro asked me to make cake for nephew in march then dad asked for cake so thought I had better practice with icing before attempting Thomas cake!! Not a bad effort though. Tasted yummy too, light white fruit cake shaped to look like a hill with my dad walking. Was going to have a goat at top (won’t explain why…) but didn’t have chance to get one so made a tree!
