Lilly's Garden Cake

Lilly’s Nature Cake ~ This week I was asked to make a cake for a coworkers wife’s birthday based off of one of her gorgeous paintings. The idea was to make the cake look like it was her painting. It was a great challenge. All the flowers are gumpaste hand painted with americolor food coloring. The cake was also hand painted to mimic the sky in her painting. :) Inside are delicious layers of Dulce de Leche Buttercream, Caramel and Mousse.. yum!! Her painting is on the top right, my design on the bottom and cake to the left. Thanks for looking.
