Here is my first wedding cake I did for my son in 2010. It was this cake that kick started me onto the path of cake decorating. I learnt how to make roses and ivy with the talented Ange of http://www.authenticake.co.uk .. the Chinese jasmine I did by following this in Alan Dunn’s book. These are my my early start with flowers. all sugarpaste. my lovely daughter-in-law was so delighted and her tears filled my heart to the brim!!
