Created for my friend’s 7-year old daughter, who’s a huge fan of Hermione from the Harry Potter series. Strawberry Cake with White Chocolate Buttercream; book cover is fondant with tylose, and royal icing accents painted gold. Gumpaste and RI wand and Time Turner, fondant scarf.
