Black and White Filigree Cake

Black and White Filigree Cake

This is a cake I did in April 2010. It was one of those cakes that had a few dramas! I took it on the plane with me from Christchurch to Auckland and it got knocked around in cargo and it got damaged on one side :-( . so I ended up spending a day changing the design slightly and adding the drape. But I was happy with the end result!

Oh I do like this , very striking. Great idea with the drape (must tuck that tit bit away for emergencies) :)
