Koi fish cake to send through mail. I wanted to experiment and yes i did when i made this cake. I made e balls from gelatine and carved the cake. I used ganache after i did a masterclass of michelle. I absolutely loved playing with this cake . I also painted the cake with cacao butter.

Cecilia unfortunately the fish got lots of damage in the mail. We did this for a test. Other people send cakes too but when sending it…..the construction of the cake needs to be simple so you wont damage. All of them got a little bit of damage.
