I sent my apprentice home with her cake dummy covered in icing (which she did herself) a paintbrush and black gel.
This is what she came back with!.
I demonstrated a quick rose for her to put on top, and how to use a rose mould for the smaller one. Im guessing she will get the hang of those real soon too!
Just need to teach her the ways of sugarpaste and there will be no stopping her XD She’s already a dab hand with a paintbrush!

Thanks guys!! I noticed she had a large doodle like this on paper so handed her a paintbrush and said…do it on a cake!! lol xx
