The Ombre Elyse

I had a lot of creativity and freedom for this one, so I took this idea from one of the wedding cakes I did in September which I’ve wanted to play around with and add some pink and sparkle to it. The flowers have a silver luster dust added to them to sparkle and the pearls gave it the final touch to add it all together.

Thanks to Laura for letting me make your daughters cake, it was truly one of the hardest cakes I have let go of but look forward to more in the future. :)

This was the last cake of 2012

I love the piping on this one! What is it called? Or did you come up with it on your own?

Crystal Memories in the Baking

Hey Crystal Memories I did it with the 845 tip and instead of huge roses I went back to the basic’s in school and just did small rosettes with it. I’m not to sure if it has been done before as I try to create unique cakes but I made a white one in September for a styled wedding shoot and just wanted to play around with the idea again.
