A christening cake for my niece Lilliana. Inspired by designs on the net. The brief from the client was that it was to look impressive on a budget so I used polystyrene tiers for the top and bottom. The middle tier was vanilla sponge filled with buttercream and raspberry jam. It was my first use of a silicone mould.
