Hearts and Doves
Dark chocolate cake filled with dark Belgian chocolate ganache. Decorated with wired gumpaste flower heart wreath, fondant doves and fondant lace.
The brides brief called for: vintage, lace, ruby roses, birds, hearts, rings and their names. Before I set about to do the design I thought, I’d never manage to fit it all onto the one cake… but I did ;-)
