This was my first wedding cake after relocating from London to West Sussex so it is kinda special to me. Even though it was a July wedding, 30+ degrees and in a marquee with a bouncy floor …. cakey nightmare, but it survived! The base cake is a 12" fruit and M&M are sculpted from chocolate cake from the head right down to their tootsies.
