This was my first wedding cake after relocating from London to West Sussex so it is kinda special to me. Even though it was a July wedding, 30+ degrees and in a marquee with a bouncy floor …. cakey nightmare, but it survived! The base cake is a 12” fruit and M&M are sculpted from chocolate cake from the head right down to their tootsies.

Your sculpting skills are unbelievable. Cake Artist indeed. OMG just noticed that you’re first name is Melanie. That is my daughter’s name and she is a graphic designer.
