Sweet 16 Luau

A Luau themed cake for a Sweet 16. Bottom tier is chocolate cake with a cream cookie filling. Top tier is a vanilla cake. Iced in buttercream icing with fondant accents and cookies around the top tier. Sand is brown sugar. TFL!
