I had not planned on making a cake for our Christmas celebration (sort of caked out over here ;) – but my daughter was wondering where our cake was so I had to make something ;) It started out as our elf on a shelf, but then I thought it was kinda creepy to ask my daughter to eat her elf – so I kept adding to them until they looked a little different ;) The cake was a coconut cake (soooooooo yummy) TFL!
