Cloudbabies Baba Blue

This cake was for a little boy’s 1st birthday. He loves the TV programme Cloudbabies, which is aimed at babies and toddlers. His favourite characters are the rainbow and Baba Blue, and they are depicted on the cake. The cake itself is a simple vanilla Madeira sponge, filled with jam and buttercream and covered in fondant. The models are handmade.
