Life's Journey

This cake was for a young man turning 18. His mum told me that he has given up many of his hobbies, to focus on his studies. He is looking for a part time job, so as to sae for his first car. He does still enjoy online gaming. So, the cake depicts Will sitting at home, surrounded by books, his CV and job application forms. He. Has his x box controller in his hand as he dreams of the money going into his savings. The bright red car awaits him in the future, and so life’s journey goes on. The cake itself is a rich dark chocolate velvet with chocolate buttercream frosting and black cherry conserve, topped with fondant. All models are hand made.
