White cake flavored with chocolate almond flavor packet, frosted in a whipped chocolate ganache (Alton Brown) and then drizzled a little regular ganache over top. Topped with a Poinsettia made from homemade modeling chocolate and garnished the sides with holly made from modeling chocolate.
