One of the Doctors at the hospice where I work is emigrating with her partner to New Zealand to start a new job and our Senior physician asked me to create a cake to reflect this event.

I created a carrot cake with a half-and-half edible image topper depicting the two areas of the country where they originated from and then crafted the kiwi bird and flag to symbolise their move to New Zealand.
