Created this cake after taking Maggie Austin’s wonderful frilling class on line. Thanks so much for sharing the technique, Ms. Austin! Top layer is chocolate cake wrapped in white chocolate. Bottom layer is vanilla bean covered in fondant with fondant ruffles. Flowers are gumpaste. Fun cake to make for such a wonderful achievement.
