Trial Bike Stunt Cake

My customer contacted me to say she wanted a trial bike cake for her husband – I’ll admit I wasn’t quite sure what one of those was. I was thinking more of a dirt bike, but there is a difference. Luckily my husband knew what I needed to do (big thanks to hubby for pointing me in the right direction). I really enjoyed making this cake. I normally aim for a smooth finish to my cakes, so to make a ragged rock was fabulous :-)
