This cake was made for my god son. Started at 8am with baking tHe base cake which is chiffon cake and chocolate for the top tier. While the cakes were cooling, started making chocolate ganache ( for the chocolate cake filling) and mocha butter cream to cover the cake. Made mango buttercream for the chiffon cake. At 11am i started filling and frosting the cakes. Then covering and design took 1 hour. I never thought I could pull this off since I had limited time but im happy with the results. I guess working under time pressure works for me.
