Christmas Poinsettia Theme

This is a 7” triple layer chocolate mud cake, with homemade vanilla buttercream, covered with chocolate sugar paste. The poinsettia was my second attempt at this particular flower. I think this is a dream for the chocolate lovers out there ;)
