Pretty chuffed with how this turned out, my first ever tiered cake, it looked like it was going to be a disaster at one point then Dan Woracker came to the rescue :-) That’s my Sons Fred and Reuben in the Basket with our dog Betsy. Bottom tier is vanilla sponge, then chocolate truffle and top is lemon sponge. Not that we are ever going to eat it lol x
