Jolly Old Santa topper (with tutorial!)

A happy little sugarpaste santa topper that I’ve made for a customer to put on top of her Christmas pavlova (a nice Aussie tradition!). I’ve included a detailed step by step tutorial on my page if you’re interested. Its my first tutorial so it may be a little lengthy (sorry) but hopefully its of some use.
