This cake was ordered by Sonia for her dad Nelson who turns 60 today… What better way than to celebrate it with Moet Chandon Champagne Cake… The cake is Whatchamacallit which was carved out with the help of my husband.. Everything on the cake is edible.. Covered in Fondant and airbrushed for some pizzazz.. Thank you Sonia.. and Happy Bday Nelson!
