This is my last cake for the year! And was the quickest one I’ve ever put together. I used a lot of Martha Steward molds. The tree was hand cut, free hand. This is a Chocolate cake with Cookies and Cream filling with Dark Chocolate Ganache under the Dark Chocolate Fondant. Did I mention this was a chocolate cake? LOL
I am taking a caking break to enjoy the holidays with the family.. but I will be enjoying myself looking at all the beautiful cakes posted here.
