This cake is an original design in collaboration with the birthday girl’s mom. We drew inspiration from books authored by the famous Dr. Seuss— Cat in The Hat, Green Egss and Ham, Thing 1 and Thing 2, One Fish, Two Fish, and The Lorax. All decorations are made of 50/50 gumpaste and marshmallow fondant. We also made cookie favors with a hat shape.
