My nieces 11th birthday cake.
She wanted a banana cake with pink icing, a black band and a black flower like my pink fantasy flower.

Cake is a 7” White Choc and Banana Mudcake with Milk Choc Ganache and fondant.

Fantasy flower is handmade from gumpaste and inspired by ‘Inspired By Michelle’
