This happy little number was made for a good friend of mine called Jen, to give to her family for Christmas.

It’s very boozy……..lots of brandy,dates,cherries and crystalised ginger as well as almonds and vine fruits.
I’ve made sooo many christmas cakes this year, and the house smells like a distillary!
I think if I see many more Christmas cakes this year I won’t want any over Christmas.
I think I’ll just have a sausage roll instead……!
