Gradient Frill Cake

This is my first attempt at a frill cake. It was very time consuming, but I think over time it would go pretty fast. The cake is actually umbra purple, but it looks blue in the picture. I tried taking pics in the house and outside and they kept coming out blue … very frustrating. This is a topper for a retirement carrot cake I am creating later this week. I will post more pics once the cake is completed. I think the bottom layer will have purple cream cheese swirl roses. Can you tell purple is her favorite color. The little girl on top has a blue hat and coat on but the rest of the cake will be shades of purple.
