My beautiful niece, Zoe, turns 9 this month! We will celebrate tomorrow with this rainbow sprinkles cake. A HUGE thank you to Kate of The Greedy Baker (http://www.thegreedybaker.com/) for allowing me to copy her cake design and answering tons of my questions. I followed her tutorials to make both the cake and topper.
The cake is an 8’/6’ vanilla cake with vanilla pudding and strawberries inside.

Thanks Benni. It was fun to make but I pushed the limits rolling the eight inch cake in sprinkles. I’d stick with six inch cakes and smaller in future. Have a great weekend!
