This is a fondant 9” and 6” cake. Topper is a rice krispie treat and fondant, hand sculpted to match the lady bug on the invitation. Other lady bugs are fondant and the daisies are gumpaste. Bottom of cake is dressed in red and black fondant ruffle skirt. I was given a photo of a Pink Cake Box cake and asked to use it as inspiration – the only think I used from their cake is the bugs on the daisies. I love how this cake turned out and the client was thrilled.
