Although this cake was created a number of months ago now, it still remains my favourite cake to date. I was actually sad to part with this fella. He felt like my buddy during the entire creative process… sniff

Kate you horse is amazing. I thought you used the horse head pan you can buy but then i looked at your other photos. Well done I love it :-)
