This cake was made for a little girl called Melissa that absolutely loves peppa pig! So I have made a vanilla sponge cake filled with strawberry jam and whipped double cream coloured in pink, but to give a special kick I have made a strawberry syrup to moist the cake…and it was delicious!!!
