Strawberry Ganache cake with red peony

Dark chocolate cake filled with strawberry IMBC. Covered in strawberry white chocolate ganache, with a large open peony. I don’t know what the proper name for the textured look is, but I just call it messy icing, or rustic icing. TFL!
