I made this cake for Thanksgiving dinner with my family. My two girls helped me name the turkey and came up with Henry The Turkey Man. They got a real kick out of him.
This is an 8” pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting. The turkey, pumpkins and leaves are all hand made from fondant.
