This four tier cake was designed by the bride, with just a couple of tiny tweaks by me. The bottom two tiers were traditional rich fruit cakes whilst the top two tiers were yummy chocolate fudge cake coverd and filled with milk chocolate ganache. Each tier was four inches deep before covering. The tiers were 10, 9, 8, and 7 inches.
