My first dolly varden cake! not as difficult as I thought, considering I didn’t have the special tin! Instead I baked the cakes in 4 different sized (oven-proof) glass bowls and then stacked the layers to create a ‘dome’.
Special request from the little birthday girl, Alannah, who wanted Tinkerbell to have a purple and pink frock :)
And special request from the mum: banana cake with white chocolate ganache!
