Replica Birthday Cake- to scale

The birthday girl is a respiratory therapist in a sleep lab. The medical ‘paste’ they use is an inside joke between fellow therapists. So we made her a mini cake of a tub of neurodiagnostic electrode paste. She loved it! This cake is an exact replica right to size of the original. Dark chocolate cake with peanut butter Swiss style meringue buttercream, ganache coating under fondant.
