Gentle rose to fifteenth birthday

For my niece at 15 I made a birthday cake, tender, as this age. White-coated cake is decorated with gold butterflies and roses. The main decoration of the cake is a large rose with rosebud in soft pink. Rose is hand shaped, its production takes several hours, but the final rose looks like alive. Rose is modeled from edible modeling fondant mass Smartflex – flower with added Tylo powder. Roses and leaves are powdered with dust colors.
