4 tier pillared wedding cake featuring tufted billowing, ruffles, drapes and a hand modelled gum paste swan.
This was my final assignment cake for TAFE and was on display at the local shopping centre. Not much sleep was had whilst creating this one, and the house look like a tornado hit it.
The poor kids had a small section on the stove they could use to make their breakfast; I dominated every other surface in the house LOL
