I’m thrilled to share with you my hardest and most stressful project to date. A 5 (4 with a double barrel) tier wedding cake with a winter wonderland theme. This cake took 25 pounds of white chocolate ganache and 15 pounds of fondant. Flavors are vanilla cake with raspberry preserve and white chocolate ganache, chocolate with bittersweet chocolate ganache, and almond cake with nutella mousse and vanilla french buttercream. The bride and groom greeted me as I was setting it up and they were very pleased. She looked absolutely stunning! I sincerely hope they loved it and enjoy their celebration.
Tier 1: silver luster dust stripes
Tier 2: sugar crystals snowy
Tier 3: double barrel 10” tall – quilted with silver dragees
Tier 4: painted in silver luster dust
