This was my competition entry for the wedding cake category at Cake International 2012 at NEC, Birmingham, UK. It is based on the Brighton Pavilion and details from the Regency Period when it was built. I thought I’d do something a little different this year. I love the main shot with the falling leaves, I hope you do too! x
