Chocolate Orange Giant Anniversary Cupcake

Chocolate Fudge Giant Cupcake with Chocolate Orange Buttercream. My customer wanted a giant cupcake version of her wedding cake. The main features were chocolate flakes, arum lillies and a big floppy bow. The bow on the wedding cake was a fabric bow but I decided to make a gum paste bow as it was such a beautiful feature on the cake.

This was my first attempt at making arum lillies and I was generally pleased with the results.

The floppy bow was inspired by the bow made by Torta Couture Cakes
