I was asked to design a cake for a very large 15th birthday celebration – 100 people as the centre piece for a dessert table.
The design was to incorporate ‘Tiffany blue’ as well as some ‘squiggles’.
I added the ruffle flower in as well, and really fell in love with the colour scheme.
The cake was quite large all made in chocolate mud with dark chocolate ganache – 10” and 8” tiers.
