This is Maisie Moo, made to order for a young woman who wanted a cake for her mother in law’s birthday. It is a Mdeira cake flavoured with vanilla bean, sandwiched with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream and covered in sugarpaste. I carved the shape from 3 bowl cakes.
