Love this cake I made as a birthday cake for a ladies 50th. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted to achieve and this has turned out just how I wanted it to.

I now use this cake design as the basis of my Introduction to Cake Decorating class, which is extremely popular, such a pretty cake that works on all levels and always creates happy students.
