This cake was a real ‘Baptism of Fire’ for me. My first ever wedding cake…...and in a much shorter space of time than I would have liked! I had under a month….during which time I spent 300 hours! Lots of VERY late nights and LOTS and LOTS of coffee!
The Bride loved some of the colourful insides that I do and chose 3 colours of sponge covered in white chocolate ganache. Yum. :)

Oh my goodness! This is absolutely breathtaking! How brave of you to make such an enormous cake with so many absolutely gorgeous flowers for your very first wedding cake! I can see all of the hours, (and love), you put into it!!!! I LOVE the colors!!! I’ll bet the bride and groom were thrilled with it!!
